Ashtanga Yoga classes for all levels are held six days a week in a charming and intimate studio in central Tel Aviv. Both morning and evening classes are available, particularly Mysore Style Self Practice.
The studio is located in a central (yet quiet) area in Tel Aviv, near Dizengoff Square.
