We practice and teach the original method of Ashtanga Yoga as laid down by Sri K. Patthabi Jois and R. Sharat Jois from Mysore, India. Ashtanga Yoga is a daily practice. That's why we offer 5-days a week Mysore-style classes, and one Led-Class on Saturday mornings. You should come preferably in the morning with an empty stomach, and try to join at least 3 times a week to get best results. You may arrive any time between 6:30 and 10:00. If that's not possible, you may join the evening classes at 18:00 or Friday afternoon at 16:00. Check out our daily schedule on our website. "Yoga is not just to learn more and more asana, but to maintain an uplifting lifestyle over a long period of time. Slow progress is good, fast progress is dangerous."
